  • A $250 security deposit in the form of a check or credit card is required at check in. This is refundable 2 days after check out.
  • Check in is guaranteed by 4:00 pm - Check out is at 10:00 am

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required to secure any reservation.  This is refundable 2 days after check out.  The resort enforces occupancy.  Violators pay $50 per person per day.

Unless specified at the time of reservation, all reservations are open and can be canceled up to 30 days prior to arrival with a $50.00 cancellation charge. 

Balance is due in full 30 days prior to arrival and from that time on the reservation can not be canceled.
